United Language Group is proud to offer employees the opportunity to save for retirement through a 401(k) Plan.

Plan participants have the option to make pre-tax or after-tax Roth 401(k) contributions. ULG will make Safe Harbor matching contributions that will equal 100% of the first 3% of the compensation you contribute and 50% of the next 2% of the compensation you contribute.

The IRS contribution limit for 2024 is $23,000 annually. If you are over the age of 50, you may contribute an additional $7,500 as a "catch-up" contribution.
