ULG offers two great health plans: the choice between a traditional PPO plan or a high deductible HSA eligible health plan. Both are administered through Medica.

The traditional PPO plan provides first-dollar coverage with deductibles, while the high deductible HSA eligible plan allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for any qualified medical expenses.

When using a participating provider, you receive greater benefits, while coverage is also available for out-of-network doctors and facilities.

Retail clinics and virtual care is the most cost-effective option to seek care! It is a $0 copay for the PPO plan and around $64 out-of-pocket cost on the high deductible plan. We highly encourage you to check out Virtuwell and Amwell to get started!
